We deliver grocery orders across Delhi. Delivery is handled in one of two ways, depending on your location:
After you place an order, our team will call you to confirm the items, quantity, delivery address and payment method before it is dispatched.
Orders in our in-house delivery zones (Rohini & Dwarka) are typically delivered faster, as our own team handles them directly. Orders delivered via third-party partners in other parts of Delhi may take slightly longer, depending on the partner's schedule and your exact location.
Any applicable delivery charges, if any, will be communicated to you by our team at the time of order confirmation, based on your location and order size.
If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery location, or similar reasons, our team will get in touch with you to reschedule.
